Slow dance 4

I was starstruck (and no, not like that in that one Lady Gaga song). He was just so…wow. Not what I was expecting at all.
"This is Naruto? He looks like a kid."
That caught his attention.
"TEME!" He then noticed something. "Hey wait a minute…I recognize you. You're that guy Ino brought over…what's your name…Sas-kay?"
I twitched at that.
"Sasuke."
"Sasuke, Sas-Kay, same thing."
"Baka." I practically hissed.
"Okay knock it off you two." Iruka interrupted. "We wouldn't want anything else broken now do we?" That's when I noticed his wrist. It was casted. How did the idiot brake his wrist in a gym class? An arm maybe but…

Iruka coughs and gets everyone's attention.
"This here is Naruto. Due to his injury he is going to make up his p.e class by helping out in here." Iruka then smiled all giddily. "He maybe young but he won second in the  State dance off just last year!"
Now that got my attention. Second?! Then that would mean…
"You danced off against Itachi?"
The room grew quite. Itachi had won first place before graduating and went off to college last year. If this was true…then he really was a good dancer. Unbelievably good. I waited for a response but the blond was quite, his eyes distant.
"You could say that…"
"Uh, so yeah!" Iruka clapped his hands together hoping to brake the awkward tension in the classroom. "Let's begin, shall we?"

Something was off. When Naruto had first entered the classroom he was full of energy and very responsive. But now… he seemed emotionless.
"Sasuke! Focus!" Iruka barked. I just rolled my eyes and continued letting the blond steal my attention. He was helping out Neji with a stance and holding one of his legs back giving comments every now and then about his form. It was like he became a robot.

"SASUKE!!" I turned to face Iruka. "What the hell are you doing?!"
I looked around and noticed everyone was doing some sort a pose and I was just standing there looking like an idiot.
"Uh…forgot the part?"
Iruka just face palmed himself and sighed. The bell ringed.
"Naruto well you stay a little after class to help Sasuke?"
Naruto just nodded and walked over towards me as the rest of the class left the room.
"First turning on one leg while dragging the other across the floor…like a math compass…"
"I know." I commented dully. He then jerked his head up.
"Then why the hell did you stand there like an idiot?!"
He had a point.
"Something…was distracting me." I took a step forward towards him. "What's wrong?"
Naruto eyes grew wider then blinked a few times owlishly.
"What do you mean?"
I sigh "Dope, I'm talking about your robot like behavior."
"What ro-?"
"First turn on one leg while dragging the other across the floor." I stated like GPS would when giving out directions. Then for the first time today, I saw him crack a smile. I felt my stomach flutter, like as if there was a swarm of butterflies in there. I then smiled then continued "Like a math compass." He then burst out laughing. My stomach was now doing flips.

"Did I really sound like that? Oh god!!" He chuckles a little bit before dying down then sighing. "Sorry, it just…" he then began rubbing the back of his neck "I just didn't expect to go back…"
"Back to dancing?" I asked questioningly "Is that why you didn't join the dance class this year?"
He nodded but said nothing more after that. I pat him on the back.
"Well, last year is last year. Don't let it bother you so much."
He just looked at me dumbfoundly then smiled warmly.
"Yeah, thanks."
I then feel my face warm up. Was it just me or was the room starting to feel warm? I gulped.
"Uh, so yeah. What you gonna do now?"
He shrugged. "I don't know. Go home I guess…"
I smirked then walked over to the window then opened the curtains and windows. Then turned to face him, extending my hand towards him.
"Wanna dance the day away instead?"
He just stood there looking at me first, then slowly started walking towards me.
"I can't do much with my wrist…"
"Then we'll just have to make do with what we got."
He snorted "Cocky aren't you."
"You have no idea." I then took the remote for the radio out of his back pocket then turned on the music. "Let's go over the whole thing, shall we?"

"Shit, how could I forget the radio in the class room?" Iruka mumbled as he headed towards the classroom. He then stopped then noticed someone standing by his open classroom door. "What are you doing here Ka-"
"Shh-" Kakashi then placed his index finger on Iruka's lips "Just watch."
Iruka then turned to face the room, just starring at aw. There in his classroom was Naruto and Sasuke dancing with one another. Two totally different dance styles but beautifully in sync with one another. Iruka was dumbfounded. He knew Sasuke's only intention in joining his class was because of his brother, so he really wasn't expecting Sasuke to be any good at it because he was missing the most important element. Feeling. Whenever Sasuke danced, he'd get the moves down but without any feeling in it. Seriously Iruka never meet a person who could make a dance look so dead. But now…
"It's beautiful and so graceful." He mumbled to himself. As if on cue, Sasuke had accidently stepped on one of Naruto's feet, who was trying to pull it back but since he couldn't he fell back and had pulled onto Sasuke's shirt taking him down with him. They landed onto the ground with a thud, with Naruto under Sasuke and their lips locked onto one another. Kakashi started laughing.
"Oh yeah,  totally graceful."
Iruka just sighed. Well, they weren't perfect…but, maybe, just maybe…
"They have a chance." Iruka smirked as Kakashi looked down at him. He knew that look. He snorted. Iruka wasn't gonna let these poor kids escape from his grasp now.
